What do you think when you look at a guy's butt? (if it's nice) You think, "man, that's a great butt. Wouldn't mind grabbing on to THAT!". Same with guys. If they see a nice pair of breasts, they'll think to themselves, "man, that's a nice pair of boobs. I wonder what they look like naked? I'll bet they're pretty sweet. Yeah, I'd like to grab one. But I won't, because she'll slap me."
If a guy is ever staring at them - like, STARING - tell him to lay off, because that's just creepy.

 Hi Anon, Is this a serious question? Probably different guys would have different thoughts... Nice pair.. too small...too big... perky...saggy.. love to get my hands on them.. etc. etc. But I guess it depends on the boobs, who's they are and the relationship between the two parties! Most guys just like to admire the sensual beauty of a woman’s breast but staring is rude. Hope this is the type of answer you were looking for!
