Please keep them real :)

To me, and most men i know... fake boobs= insecure, slutty, stupid, no self respect, fake personality

Real boobs= someone with respect for themselves, real personality, better intimacy, better sex

Guys usually say one of two things about fake boobs: Either "I don't like them" or "I don't mind as long as they still look and feel pretty real."

But if you take guys' verbal advice, we also don't like heavy makeup and dumb blonds too. And yet we gravitate towards them a lot when we come across them.

If you get fake boobs then I would advise you to do your research beforehand, get a GOOD surgeon, and don't try to go a whole lot bigger than you naturally were. The best surgical improvements (of all kinds) are usually when the person gets a bunch of different subtle things changed rather than a few obvious major ones.

ugh101 agony auntIf you are losing weight there is not telling what your bodys gonna do.

I have lost 35 pounds slowly and boobs are still the same as always.

If you have a full D cup. They are going to sag. Gravity.

Go get an appointment with a plastic surgon if you are serious about this.

Best of LuckXX

Well maybe I'm really asking about a lift then. I mean if I don't lose them I know I definitely want them lifted. I love my breast and totally fine with them except that I'm 20 and they sag badly!!!! I feel like if you just saw them you'd assume that I'm older. So what about lifts? And with them what do they do? I'm clueless! Cause if I could get them lifted I'm wondering how centered my nipples would be. I'm telling yall they sag badly!!!!!!!!!!

I can't speak for every guy, I'm pretty sure there are a few that like fake breasts but I can honestly say I've never met any guy that liked them. I'm 28 and have thusfar lived a pretty busy life and met lots of people but not once in my life have I met a guy that likes fake breasts.

Any discussion I've ever had about the topic has always lead to the conclusion fake breasts = low self esteem, shallowness, sluttiness (I know that's wrong but it's a general perception amongst men), the person themself is as fake as their breasts, self obssession and generally just insecure. As bad as this sounds, I find it often to be the case that women that have had breast implants are objectified by guys more often than those that have not.

As others have said we guys like breasts in all shapes and sizes, that is true beauty, the world would be ruined if every woman had round, lifted fake breasts that were all the same shape and perfectly symmetrical.

I personally am against cosmetic surgery of any kind, except for people with disfiguring injuries etc. Death from infection, complications during cosmetic surgery is too common for my liking and the risk of actually being disfigured is even higher.

Weigh your options carefully, having unecessary surgery is potentially fatal.

I'd wait to see what your breasts do first. I think natural ones feel better. I have felt implants and if I felt that where my natural ones used to be, I'd probably start crying! Plus they are really expensive to maintain. They require regular monitoring for problems, plus they need to be replaced every 10 years and can move/deform and will need to be replaced, at your expense. If I were you I would work to strengthen your chest muscles, which will make them look much perkier. Your breasts might not shrink past a C cup. If they still sag a lot, you could get a lift rather than augmentation. Personally I just think fake boobs look trashy and feel horrid. I don't know any guys who aren't disgusted by how they feel.

I think its one of those answers where it is all about preference. If I had to choose I'd prefer natural, but its a girl's personality that will keep me staying with her. I think these days the scars are hidden pretty good, but there are some bad cases as well.

Take care ^^
