 If its your first time always go slow let her up the tempo if she wants. You can simply ask of course while you are having sex. Faster? It can be as simple as that.
But I have never had sex with a girl who at some stage ( and more often than not!) wanted it hard and fast. But it is a trust thing, they need to be comfortable with you.
So always best to go slow at first.

I don't have relations but don't dismiss my answer on that basis. I have so much sexual tension and the thing that I am just longing for is for someone to stroke my hair and hold me and tell me that they love me while looking into my eyes. I want affection and the need for sex, for intercourse, is an emotional need, an extension of my longing to be loved and cherished. The question of whether women prefer deep penetration or not is really secondary... it depends on the woman... but there is a difference between just having sex, and making LOVE... the latter is what is more important. Lacking something in your life can make you realize just how important it is to you.

The position of the uterus in some women can cause pain from deep penetration if the guy is long enough. And you don't have to be very long for it to happen. Sometimes my wife likes me to mix slow and sensual with hard pounding in the same session. Change positions and speed sometimes and just one position and speed other times. Variety keeps things interesting.
