Sex is great but sometimes people are tired, stressed, preoccupied with other things..........Sex everyday I would say is not a norm, especially if you have everyday responsibilities, which everyone does.
Consider for a moment that your request might be too much. You should however talk to her about her lack of affection. Start by asking if everything is alright with her, why has she been so distant and did you do something wrong. Get her to open up to you emotionally so that she will feel open to be more intimate with you. For women, the two are connected. I would say that is your first step.
