Hahah I hope that doesn't wound weird... but I like him, and I'd take it as a sign that he liked me too... or at least is sort of attracted to me. I'd find it flattering that I was the reason that he got hard.
If it's a creepy weird guy, then it'd be, creepy and weird. There's this guy in my homeroom, who stares at me, and yeah, he's weird... not a good weird either, like interesting... he's a creepy kinda weird.

We also know that most likely it's not really even that at that exact moment you are picturing us naked. We know that you just sprung one beacuse that thing has a mind of its own sometimes!
Maybe you could end the hug faster, or keep your body turned away, like a bro hug.
Maybe your body is telling you something your mind is trying to hide. The boner wont lie.. think about it.

 The reason why you probably get a boner when hugging her is because you like the closeness. It doesn't have to mean you want to have sex with her.
If I'm hugging a male family member, I wouldn't *really* like to feel his boner graze up against me. But if it's just a male friend or my boyfriend, then I don't care. It's normal, it happens, even if you don't think about the person in 'that way'.
If it's my boyfriend, it's a massive turn on, for me, to feel it :D
