What can my friend do legally with unfaithful husband?

A female age 51-59, anonymous writes:

I have a friend that is being married for about 30 years, she recently find that her husband was cheating her with her roommate. She never found them but this lady became pregnant. Everybody outside said that this kid was from her husband but they refused. This women steal things from her such as gold and money. She never reported her to the police.. She was finally able to get her out of her house. One day after she left her house she have her daughter. Couple days after a medicaid card come on the mail and she found that that it was for the newborn. Her husband register her with his last name and everything. Now he confess her that he was having sex with her for about 2 years. She has two children with him one . She could not even talk to me for a while. Now she told me what happen and she is looking for advice. I want to explain her what she legally can do.
