What can I say to my friend, she keeps asking me for help and I don't know what to say!

Ok I was reading a post on here with a friend and her boyfrind well I asked him if " lets say if you was married but are not together with your wife and have a new girlfriend but still married and one day you cheat with your wife but liveing with your girl is this wrong... and he was like "some what" I started thinking what is some what... well comes to find out that my friends boyfriend of 2 years and 4 month is still married.. So know she feels like if he does do somthing with his wife the he would think its ok and that his wife will always come frist nomatter what because they are still married... I don't know what to say to her and she keeps asking me what should she do
