 maybe he's just not that interested in you, in which case you should just find someone who does like you, but be wary because a relationship is not about how many presents you get or how long you spend on the phone. and sort out your spelling

 Simple really: have a full life without him! Make new friends, socialise without him, take up sports, arts, whatever might keep you occupied.
When you do see him, be passionate, active and interesting, talk about your thoughts, whatever you might have in mind, but especially hopes, dreams and plans for the future.
Be interested in life and make your life interesting, then he'll want to be part of it!
Phone him and text him occasionally, but make sure he has to phone you in order to spend a day with you.
This way, if he wants you, he'll get off his butt and he'll come and get you, if not... you won't have lost much, because you have more to keep you going than a user.
