Both names are on the lease contract but tonight he kicked me out, and said once the 6 months are up hes going to leave and dump me with the place, he cant do that can he? I just left when he told me to other wise he will beat me.  I would call the rental office and talk to them. I am pretty sure you ca remove your name of the contract if he kicked you out.
PS. If you still havve stuff at the hosue I suggest you call the police or bring someone with you when you need to pick it up. DO NOT be alone with that jerk.
