When you feel like it and meet someone who you want to be your boyfriend. As for 1st. Call me old fashioned but isn't the general assumption when hunting for a partner that they are the LAST one? 1st seems to imply you already got numbers 2-199 in mind. That just seems to be asking for trouble.

It differs from person to person. When you're 13 - 15 boyfriends aren't likely to be too serious anyway. Just have fun with your friends and if a guy wants to be with you, cross that bridge when you come to it. Some girls have boyfriends at your age, some haven't had any until they're 18/19 ish. It's totally unique to that person, there is no set age where you can start dating.
You might want to think about how your parents feel about it, they might want you to reach a certain age before you start dating, talk to them so you know the rules they want you to play by.
just be young and enjoy life with your friends :)
