Hello, im only 15 and i really want to go out with a shy girl

I told her i liked her and have asked her out inside of our school yearbook

later after class she told me she didn't no she liked me and that she couldn't date becasue her parents wouldnt let her (I hope that isnt an excuse)

Anyway after that we have never talked, normally after my last hour i wave to her and she smiles but thats about it, also in my yearbook when we signed eachothers she left me her phone number, and i was thinking since my birthday is coming up in June that i would try to ask her out again because its my birthday

So if you have any advice, could you please help me

oh and btw im not the hot popular guy and niether is she, i look somewhat nerdy (Which i guess i am) and have glasses but me and her are both really nice to everyone

love-struckxo agony auntAsk it out as friends first. Get to know one another more. Building a friendship is usually good before building a relationship. It helps you be more comfortable around eachother so there isn't all the 'awkward' silences and what not. If she says yes to hang, try that a few more times, then tell her again how you feel.

I hope it all goes well,

Keep me updated.

Well, she might not want to disrespect her parents but here's my advice. Lol Instead of asking her out on an actual date, I think you should ask her to do something on your birthday, as FRIENDS and see where it all goes from there. During the day, get to know more about her(If you already don't), then before she leaves, decide if you still have a crush on her and ask her out at the end of the day. If you want anymore advice, then just message me and I'll reply. :)
