Type in all 3 of his email adresses into the search bit of facebook (obvs one at a time) then click on the result and block them, so he can't access ur profile from anyof them, then change ur privacy settings! Xxx

A female reader, YouWish United States +, writes (17 November 2010):

YouWish agony auntHow can he contact your Facebook friends without his own Facebook account for which he must provide a name? Yes, the IP address on every email he sends will pinpoint his location, and you (with your mom's help...and yes, this is too big for you to deal with alone) can take that IP address to the Attourney General of whatever location this guy hails from.

For a more immediate protection for you, YOU can contact your Facebook friends, tell them that this guy is blackmailing you, and explain to them that accepting any transmissions from this guy will cause THEM to be at risk for arrest for possessing child pornography, and that their only defense for that is to immediately delete any and all emails.

Was he on your friend's list on Facebook? If so, get your mom's help in getting a court order for Facebook to give up identifying information.

How did you meet him and get to the point of webcamming with him? Where did you meet him? Backtrack and look for profiles. Google search for anything with his possible name, including doing a Google search for each of his 3 email addresses.

If you come up with a name, and he's in the U.S., you can go onto Zabasearch.com to possibly look up his full name, address, and names of relatives.

One way to snag him (DEFINITELY get your mom's help on this one...do NOT do this alone!) is to get him to call you, then do a back trace on his cell phone. Record the phone call and add it to your evidence. Give him no more of your info.

Again, how did he get your Facebook contacts (including your name) without having a profile of his own with his name?

tennisstar88 agony auntYou're most likely not going to be able to go to the cops by yourself, they might not take you seriously. They go by his IP address, bring whatever evidence you have. You're going to have to tell your mom, there's no way around that. Be responsible and face your consequences.

A male reader, anonymous, writes (17 November 2010):

Talk with your parents or a trusted adult, as you will need a considerable amount of support. You are in Australia, so with them ring Child Protection Operations of the Australian Federal Police. They will work with their counterparts overseas. Police forces, ISPs and Facebook take child pornography very seriously. Expect a lecture, but they'll be on your side.

The consequences for your blackmailer will be severe. At the very least he will be charged with the very serious criminal offence of blackmail, even if he did not actually record any material. You should reconcile yourself that you are going to hurt him, but his behaviour was so extreme that hurt is unavoidable.

Do not threaten your blackmailer with calling the police, as that simply gives him notice that he needs to think of other ways to spread the material. It is pretty easy for the police to remove material from Facebook, that is not true of some other communications channels.

I doubt he has it. It very hard to capture msn or yahoo. Let him know that hold child porn in your country is illegal and you will report it. Let him know computer can be track like finger prints. That should make him think. Let him know you have know problem reporting him without a problem. Let him know you copy and paste what he being saying to you as well. Then tell him to google the time he could spend in prison. Last, tell him he he remotely contact you again, you will let your partents know.

A female reader, YouWish United States +, writes (17 November 2010):

YouWish agony auntListen, if he lives in the United States, you can have him arrested for possessing child pornography, as you are underage. Tell him that by distributing child pornography is a major felony that carries implications that will ruin his life.

Maybe you should also get your parents involved and tell them what's going on. Trust me, he will fry in the justice system if he so much as posts one second of your webcam tape. He's in serious trouble if he even keeps it stored on his hard drive. Tell him he has one hour to dump it and get rid of it before you call his local police on him.

Even in many other countries, keeping a sex video of a 13-15 year old girl is a felony. This guy needs an emotional electroshock, and you can definitely give it to him. Let him know that if he forwards it to your facebook contacts, all of THEM will also be indictable for possessing child pornography.

It may not feel like it, but you are in the driver's seat on this one. He should be terrified of what you could do.

Oh, and SAVE ALL OF HIS EMAILS BLACKMAILING YOU! You'll need them as evidence. You are underage, and as such, you are too young to consent. You will not get into trouble with the law. He, on the other hand, is bantha fodder if he so much as coughs in your direction.

Report him to facebook. Tell them just what you said.

He can get warned from them officially, and well you are obviously avoiding anybody knowing about this.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (17 November 2010):

Hi Hun, why is he threatening you like this? You need to just block and delete him, if you adjust your privacy settings then he shouldn't be able to access your friends. Don't worry, if he sends it all over your contacts then you will have to just take it as a lesson learned, these things eventually get forgotten about. Xxx

A female reader, tennisstar88 United States +, writes (17 November 2010):

tennisstar88 agony auntHow do yo know he has these videos saved? Legally, if he sends them to everyone on your Facebook list then he would be exploiting a minor. So yes he can get arrested for it. I would tell him you will report him to the authorities for exploiting you..if he dares lets those videos leak. Actually, I would report him to Facebook. It couldn't hurt to tell your parents, but I don't know how that would work if they got the authorities involved..with it being an international crime, his own country would have to nab him.

It's best that you don't talk to stranger online, and not to do things for them on the camera..Hope you have learned your lesson.
