Do anything else but directly ask her for sex. Heck when you kissing see if she let's you get a little more sensual. Tell her how you feel out of those moments not during. Good luck man

 Ask her where the relationship is heading. Are you just friends with benefits, or do you want to be a couple?
You should be able to talk to her about it, considering you do couple-y things like kiss, share a bed and go on overnight getaways.
If you start talking to her about where this is going, then you can sneak the sex part into it. Don't just directly ask her for sex. She may feel like you're trying to use her. Tell her you have deep feelings for her.
