A male United States age 36-40, *ndividual writes:

Hi, I was wondering what I should get a co-worker for her b-day coming up next week. She's turning 20, and currently in college. I.. like her kinda. I think it's close to mutual, not sure though as I don't understand women 100%.

So what would be a good gift for her she won't forget? Nothing that would embarrass her pubicly, but show that I think/care about her. I was thinking of flowers + a funny message with it. Then theres the standard gift card, a cute stuffed animal?

Little help please?

Deciding what to give your boss or coworkers for the endless gift giving opportunities that exist throughout the year is a challenge. Work gifts are not as personal as family gifts. But, work gifts honor work relationships and tell your coworkers they are special to you. Selecting appropriate work gifts strengthens employee bonds at work.

Well if you don't want to come on too strong, a nice card (nothing lovey dovey) and a giftcard to either her favorite place to shop or eat would be nice. It's a thoughful gift but not too much effort. I think flowers are a better gift if two people are dating or if you're pretty sure the feelings are mutual. Don't do anything too expensive either. She'll appreciate the gift, it won't be creepy, and it will make her notice your thoughtfulness.
