Aaah, so your a shy girl,

Well don't worry everyone has to be shy at some point it isn't a bad thing. If you truly like this guy, just start talking to him, it doesn't have to be flirty or anything, but if your too shy for that, What you need to do is give him some signals, like occasionally brush his hand, smile at him, keep eye contact for a few seconds. This should hopefully start a conversation!

Why should he have to talk to you if you are the one that likes him?

Try and talk to him. In your mind, tell yourself you don't really fancy him and try and make yourself see him as just a regular guy. You don't have to ask him out or show that you like him, even if you just smile and say Hi, that is a start.
