 Talk to an older female that's pretty experienced with cleansers and such. I think my mom used to use something called apricot scrub or something. As a male, I mostly just used soap to clean myself up, but women generally take that extra step in cleansing. If you are referring to acne, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist. Also, if you have dry skin, use a moisturizer.

 A good diet, steer clear of regularly consuming fast foods, and drink plenty of water to flush you through. Moisturise when you get up, and also before you go to bed.
