 Are you financially dependent on your parents? If so, your rights are limited.
When you pay the rent, buy the food, take care of the doctor bills, maintain the car ... you will be your own woman.
Until then, there is no free lunch.

 ur over the legal age to have sex so anything he does to isn't illegal. Unless the guy was seriously dodgy then i dont think people will be too concerned. Just be careful and dont fall out with ur parents over it because
1. they r just looking out for you
2. guys come n go but ur parents have always been there for you and care for you, they arent worth throwing away over a guy.
If you really like him then tell them that and maybe introduce them to him? Maybe once they have met him they might have less problems with him knowing hes with you for the right reasons
