 There is nothing you can do, until she admits it or you see something that gives it away completely you just have to ignore your thoughts on this and carry on enjoying your relationship.
Remember he is your boyfriend therefore its you he wants to be with.

I mean you got a hunch that she wants him, but she says no...thats actually saying youve got nuthin on her! Ok, I know it hurts sometimes to think of the possiblity that maybe he likes her back, but he's with you and thats all that matters. If you dont trust him, break it off with him. But theres no reason to jeorpadise your relationship just because your friend digs him. Even if its true that she likes your man, so what? Technically, it takes two to tango and she cant have him if he doesnt like her the same. So instead of worrying what to do because your mate likes your boyfriend, I reckon you should concentrate on building that relationship with your guy! Hope this helps.

I trusted my best friend instead of my own intuition & she ended up having an affair with my boyf but he has now seen her for what she really is and ditched her but at the same time I don't want anything to do with either of them any more! I can't trust them!!!
