The trust for my boyfriend is gone... what do I do?

A female India age 36-40, *am writes:

i had one (x)friend but just he is poor i m taking with him he take me as a granted he force on me to call me , to meet me i m scared about him . i told to my family members.after 4-5 months i got admission in new coll where i met to one guy i like him cause he is calm we was so close to each other after 2 months he breake up with me but i truly love him .that friend (X)blackmailing me for marriage i just ignored .but one day he will beating me in my coll.due to this i felt so depressed .that guy is still in contact i told him truth but rumours r so heavy so that it eat truth he suddenly changed always insulting me ,criticise me, after some day i knew that he had relationship with my seniour he were compare me with her ex this is reason for breake up now we r in raltionship for 1 year he feel guity , i cant trust pl solve my problem.
