Skeez agony auntIve had this happen to me a fair few times, and it still happens now. If its blood coming out or your bottom and its bright red then usually its either going to be piles or a tear in your intestines. Neither are serious at all. Piles can be treated with antibiotics, or if its a tear in the intestines then the only thing you can do is wait it out. Drink water and less solid foods for a few days. But if its dark blood best get yourself to a doctor coz the chance of internal bleeding higher up in your body is not a good sign. If its coming out of your vagina, then its probs best to go to a doctor. It could be some infection or similar if you are in a sexual relationship. Best to check with doctor anyways.

Goodluck

Defo need to get the doctor to check it out! Its probably lack of fibre in the diet. Happened to me before and thot I was gonna die so called an ambulance and stuff and was soooo relieved when doc told me to eat lots of fibre and drink more water. Went away with new diet never needed any meds even. But get checked out... could be something else but you want to be careful to make sure...

A male reader, Illithid United States +, writes (9 December 2009):

Illithid agony auntThat happened to me about a year ago. It was usually just a very small, pencil eraser sized dot, but one day about a silver dollar sized red spot. I went to my doctor and was lucky that it was just very dry skin that was cracking some. But it could just as easily have been any of a number of other things.

There's no way we can diagnose it without seeing it. Please, go to your general practitioner.

Well, go to the doctor and have an examination, don't be embarassed, they look that all of the time.

It may be that you have been constipated and have hemorroids or little fissures that bleed in your rectum, or it could be a more serious thing like polyps or pre cancer, but at your age I doubt very highly that is the case.

But don't worry, go get checked out and I am sure the doc can get you all fixed up with either some medication or some fiber to add to your diet which keeps you regular so you are not straining to go.

I am just telling you the possibilities but I have no idea for sure because we can't examine you and we aren't doctors!

How old are you? Have you started your period yet? If you're worried I would speak to your mother about it, or an older sister.
