Also as LOVELY as it feels for you, using a condom is a smart thing to do, oral contraceptives are NOT 100%. You are still a little young to want a baby, right?

Queeffing can depend on position and it's also mostly common with a woman who had decent pelvic muscles. It's made by YOU pushing AIR into her vagina and her using her muscles to push it out - so like the cum, the air has one way to go.. out.

To get round it - if she takes a trip to the loo before you go back for seconds she will have pushed most of your semen out of her vagina and then wiped it away.
Or keep a roll of toilet paper by the bed and she can squeeze the semen in her vagina out using her pelvic floor muscles onto a wad of toilet paper and then wipe. Keep a bin by the bed for easy disposal. (and try to use toilet or kitchen paper as it gets really expensive if you use tissues.)
Of course, if she's wiped herself she will also have wiped away some of her own natural lubrication so you will need to get those flowing again before you back for seconds.
As for the noise associated with queefing - there's not really much to be done about that.
