You mustn't leave her just because some guy has made an accusation. Maybe he isn't involved with her but wants her for himself, so is trying to split you up. Tell her what happened and see what she says.

 Maybe he's lying, talk to your girlfriend and see what is going on, say a guy came up to me and said that you was in a relationship with him. look for signs to see if shes lying if she says that she doesnt no what your talking about. tricky situation here. be careful

If you trully love this girl, do ask her politely not in the way of accusing her, l am sure she will tell you, dont just walk away,just because a guy walks in and say he is in love with her.
