 I would reccommend a silicone based lube-it will not dry out as fast as a waterbased lube.
He also needs to work on his foreplay. A well aroused woman is going to feel MUCH different!

 I would guess using lube might help? Find a good waterbased one that doesn't dry out fast. Also a LOT of foreplay so the girl is plenty "wet".
