My bf and I are each others first, so I'm not worried about std's but I heard the pill is only something like 92% safe. That scares me, so I make him put on a condom or he can pull out and finish on my stomach. He thinks I'm crazy because I won't let him cum inside me. Am I wrong?

I would advise you to use both as the pill is not 100% effective and I heard that 1 brand of pill, Yasminellle has such a low dose that it is easy to get preganant even while taking it properly so I would say use both. ''no glove, no love!''

Some condoms can now feel like you do not have one on - like Polyurethane ones, and some condoms can be fun - like select flavour ones by Durex. Sex is meant to be safe, and it is meant to be fun.Enjoy it!Superior Condoms.com

Unless they are putting something different in the pill from years ago i think the choice is yours i was on the pill for years hubby never used condoms ever and the only time i got pregnant was when i came off it to start a family i always found it to be totally reliable but then that was a long time ago, if you feel your pill is not giving you 100% satisfaction go to your doctor and change it they are reliable and most not all people who fall pregnant are ones who maybe have forgotten to take it one night yes i hear the odd one gets pregnant but if everyone got pregnant whilst on the pill dont you think they would abolish it completely as being totally unsafe they haven't for the simple reason it is safe and it is up to the person taking it to make sure you dont miss it you have your break and then resume taking it again.
If your in a secure loving relationship it is up to you what you do if condoms are a choice for you then use them but the pill is safe and if you have any fears about the safety of it and falling pregnant discuss this with your doctor and he will alleviate those fears the choice as always is yours.

If you don't like the feeling of a condom, you can also use a spermicidal foam or gel. Don't apply it before he performs oral on you (if he does), but do it before penetration.
Nothing short of a hysterectomy or abstinence will be 100% safe. But explore some options. Meanwhile, the best thing you can do if you are having sex without a condom is to stay regular on your pill. If you miss a day, use a condom for the next week! Be safe!

It's a risk too, yes, but not a big one. If you take the pill perfectly (don't skip, take it the same time every day etc.) then it's more like 98% effective.
Since you're young however, and if you won't be having sex for like, the next 2 years consistently with a committed partner etc., it would probably be better to use a condom.
Sex is ALWAYS a risk. Just use your head about how much risk you are willing to take on, that's all.
Good luck!

It's not silly. The pill is not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. If he keeps pressuring you to skip the condoms, dump him...you are the one who has to carry the baby if you get pregnant NOT HIM.

If you know you absolutely do not want to get pregnant, you should use a condom or make him pull out. I know a lot of girls that have gotten pregnant while they were on the pill, because they thought that it was 100% efficient. If your boyfriend can't respect that, lose him.

Safe than sory ask him would he rather have a baby or wear a condom I'm gussing you don't want a child other wise you wouldn't have a prob so he'd probly take the condom
