 it sounds like he just wants to have sex befor he goes honestly it is her call but no matter how much she likes him she shouldnt because he had all that time to be with her and never did and now that he is leavin it sounds like he is taking avantage

 Well simply if she doesnt now if she should. Then she shouldnt really. This guy seems like he just wants to use her for sex then go of to Uni. She may regret it more if she does do it with him then he runs of.
