I was hanging out with a childhood guy that i used to date way back in elementary school yesterday. We have been close friends after the break up long ago and he asked me over for a movie night last night. Which i thought nothing of, but when i got there he was super flirty and wanted to have sex. The most he's done with a girl is makeout and he wants me to be his first. I"ve already had sex but i dont wanna take his virginity it'll make me feel bad since most people regret their first time. Like me. I like him but what should i do???

Dionee' agony auntThe friendship will change once you guys have sex. I know neither of you but know that the two of you might not know how to behave or where to look afterwards. If these kinds of situations don't end up well for adults who have a higher level of emotinal maturity then I doubt that the two of you will know how to handle a situation like this. I say just remain friends, No sex, No fooling around. Just friends.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (7 August 2013):

It depends if you two are mature enough to continue your friendship as normal after you've had sex. Really even if you do have sex, nothing has to change between you two as long as you accept it was just sex, but often that's not the case and one or both people's feelings get involved. I had sex with a male friend, and now he just acts really strange around me and we don't talk any more. So my advice would be to definitely think carefully about it!
