Unfortuneately one size does not fit all....but do try other positions and plenty of foreplay, take penetration slow, do not thrust too hard until she is properly warmed up, but if you have tried all that and she is still complaining, you may truly be too big for her, it happens to some.

 By all means, try a position that gives her control of how far and how fast things go. After all, the female anatomy is flexible, if you give it time to adapt. Think about it ... eventually, that equipment is meant to get a whole baby to come out. But "sudden" doesn't work.
There are lots of ways to put her in charge. If you need ideas, get a book on sex positions and go over them together, then see what appeals to both of you.
And you should plan to just relax and let HER drive the whole time ... don't try to take control at the last minute, no matter how urgent it might feel.

 There are lots of positions you can try for those who are 'well hung'. Go slow with her, dont push yourself too deep into her and ask her to take control so that its comfortable for her. But have a look at the hundreds of positions you can try and see which ones work best for the both of you.

You may find that gradually she adjusts to accomadate all of you, but maybe not if you are hitting her cervix.
