I'm not sure to be honest. This could be a knee jerk reaction to the idea of marriage, or she could have suddenly realized it wasn't working out. I think you should start to move on though. If she comes back, then you will have to spend time working through it anyway. So it's best to move forward with your life rather than sit around waiting.

 well it depends what has been going on in your relationship. has she been unhappy in the last few weeks?
or maybe of the fact that she is scared of commitment?
i'd say give her some time to think about things and if you don't here back from her then move on.
