Especially since you have known each other for seven years, I don't think it's a big deal. I slept with my boyfriend on the first date, which was a mistake because he has thrown it in my face before, but we were flirting with each other for about six weeks, and I just really liked him, felt like I waited long enough.
I wouldn't judge her for it.

She has known you for 7 years, wouldn't she be more comfortable with you than pretty much any other guy...? In my experience (which, granted, is somewhat limited) I think I go faster with guys who I was really close friends with already. However, there's a new problem now--it seems you're willing to judge her because of that one night above the 7 years prior. Why is that? Maybe you need to talk to her about this. It seems like you two are on different pages in the book of your relationship.

 Jesus Christ man! You have known this girl for 7 years surely you will know much more about her than a group of strangers on the internet!
You'll have seen her boyfriends come and go over the years, does she strike you as the type to sleep with a guy on a first date normally or is it the fact that you have known each other 7years!

Unless she gets to know every other guy she has dated for 7 years first then no, I very much doubt she sleeps with everyone on the first date.
She probably assumed she could trust you enough not to lose respect for her or think she was a slut or anything. You might want to let her know that you are a little more insecure than she thinks.
Also about the trying stuff in bed thing, all you can do is just do your thing. She may really get turned on by you just because you are you and she can relax.
90% of female arousal comes from the brain so you just need to relax and be you.
