writes:I have been dating this woman off and on now for several weeks, things are great during the week, Now when the weekend comes she sees the guy that she use to like and doesnt know what to do, But yet she keeps telling me throughout the week she wants me. Then last night he shows up at where she works and she tells me she is unclear and things are not right for us to be together. What should I do? He does not call her, text her, email her, or anything through the week, I geniuenly care for her. PLEASE HELP ME.

 Here is the help you need: forget about her. If she's not sure about you, who do treat her right, but is willing to see the other guy, who doesn't give her the time of day, then her priorities are very clear.
By the way, did you ever agree to non-exclusivity? If not, then she gave you what she would give you, and left. That's it.
Move on. Get yourself someone who will be there for you even during the weekends. Of course she has to work :-).

 Wow it sounds as-though she is truely confused, talk to her and get her to decide, remeber fate is fate, if you two where supposed to be together then you will be. And while she's making up her mind, you could go out and act single, and then if you meet some-one else and she chooses the other guy then it works out. If she chooses you then just dump the other girl. Simple.
