She is initiating everything. Does that mean she likes me?

So there's this girl that was in one of my PE classes last quarter. I didn't talk to her much, but from what I've learned about her, she's super smart and athletic. We don't have any classes this quarter, so I haven't seen her on campus. Over the break, she added me on facebook, despite not having any mutual friends. She messaged me a week later asking if i would be interested in petitioning for the PE class that isn't being offered this quarter. I said yes. That was the last time I interacted with her, until a few days ago, when she messaged me again. She said one of the guys from the PE class we had last quarter wanted to start a club for it, and asked if I was interested in joining. I asked her if she wanted to join and she said she wasn't sure, because she's graduating in June, and it might not benefit her to join if she's going to graduate soon. I'd like to talk to her more and get to know her. But I am shy and can't bring myself to message her. So far, she's been initiating everything, so does that mean she likes me? If I knew if she liked me, that would make things easier for me to talk to her. Does she like me?
