 Try to switch up your oral technique, insist that she guide you on what works best, and don't be afraid to use fingers WHILE using your lips. Aim for that clit with your tongue, and take your time.
I don't want to get too explicit, but I would suggest reading up (with her) on methods for performing oral on a woman. Most of what you read may be laughable, but it could give you ideas for new things to try.

Bidets are good for that too. I think its probably the combination of the right water pressure and the use of water itself that brings about what she needs to trigger it.
You could keep trying. Maybe if you two spent a lot of time cuddling and getting her hyper-aroused in a sort of prolonged foreplay and body massage, she might be relaxed enough to enjoy some other kind of stimulation.
But every woman is different. Some women can come to orgasm quickly without hardly any work at all. Other women need to take time and get it just right for the magic to happen.
Don't be disappointed though. This is something that she's used to and so you simply adapt. Maybe enjoy the shower with her. Getting wet's as much fun in sex play as laying in bed.
