writes:severe lower pack pain during sex ....it never happened before but last night me and my boyfriend got into a deep passionate sex session... it was amazing... till i got on top of him facing his feet, i felt sharp shooting pain to my lower back.. kind of felt like sciatica pain..(i didnt let him know i was in pain i wanted him to finish and have a great orgasm) Now its next morning and the pain is still there not as bad but still there.. what could it be?

Is this pain on any one side of your lower back? If so it could be a kidney stone.

 You probably pulled a muscle, it will continue to hurt for a few weeks. You should take anti-inflammatory medication (aleve is good for this) according to bottle directions. You should also alternate cold and heat on it while it hurts to relieve swelling and give some pain relief. Also don't do anything strenuous, so sit-ups, wild sex, etc... until it feels better. Let pain be your guide, so if something hurts, stop. Lower back muscle pulls are the worst, they can feel like something horrible is wrong and be worrying.
If the pain doesn't start to feel better in a week or so (not a complete recovery, but improvement) go see a doctor.
