He cannot teach at the school you attend, you must be a legal adult (16-18 depending on where you live), and you both must be consenting.
...Those are the legal boundaries. However, the moral rules in this situation are far more limiting.

Strictly teacher teaching, student learning. The 3 R's: reading, riting, and rithmatic. No touchy, no feely. Over and out.

If you are still a student in the school where he's a teacher he will get fired if he has anything other than a totally professional relationship with you. However you have posted here with your situation many times and it sure sounds like this is all very one-sided so I don't think you really have anything to worry about anyway.

Depending on the policies that your school has, as long as you are not a student when you go out, I see no reason why you shouldn't go out with him.
However please wait until you have graduated, as otherwise things could get really messy both for you and mostly for him.

Yeah there are rules. You can't date a teacher until your graduate because teachers could easily get fired for doing that. I would wait until I graduate. [ =

It should be fine once u graduated, tho u hav 2 be certain that he wants a relationship with you. If he does and he's willing to wait it out till you graduate, then go for it. But it would be wise to stay away and keep your distance now.

Depending upon your school's policies, you should be fine to date them once you've left the school. Do you actually know he likes you?
