Me and my sister then had a foursome with two other guys. I feel awful, but it doesn't seem to have phased my sister. i cant tell my mum at all! and am soo upset about it please help.

You just have to accept the consequences for your mistakes. Nothing more, nothing less. Whether you would do it again or not, it's something you've done now. Hating yourself won't take it away.
