 I'm so sorry to hear that you are going through this.
I hope your parents are supportive.
As for the baby's father, you are very young and I assume so is he... and his saying he does not want to get married are words you need to LISTEN to. IF you get married to a man who does it just to make you happy, it's not the right reason and the marriage is pretty much DOOMED to fail... it's very very RARE for a marriage where "we had to get married" works out in the long run...
Thankfully this is the 21st century and out of wedlock children are no longer stigmatized like they were even a mere 30 years ago...
Hugs to you... be prepared to be a single mom... and IF that is not an option for you, think of adoption.... and remember YOU are the one who has to shoulder the care and feeding and raising of this child... NOT your mom or dad or a boy that can walk away....
