 "pre-cum" is seminal fluid that can carry sperm in it.
If you're late, take a test. Though it may take a week or two before a test would be effective. If you skip this period, make an appt with your gyno to make sure nothing is going on.

I would go get checked but sometimes if you are too worried about it that will delay your period.
