You have to ask yourself what indeed you are looking in a relationship and if it is in line with what he is searching for. Apparently it seems he is not ready for anything serious at the moment and he is more interested in adventures. What is not known is when he will be ready. On the hand you are looking for love, commitment and someone special.I think all this you cannot find in him right now and you cant make him any ready.
I know it is hard we all have been in this place at one time in our life but is best you decide to move on to someone who can give you what you need or stay and enjoy his non-commitment relationship.

 He is young as you know and perhaps he just doesn't know what it is that he wants yet. Which is probably the case.
I don't know if you are into astrology, but I believe that the zodiacs do hold some truths of relationship between two people and pisces def believe in the spiritual and other worldy phenomenons.
