writes:Hey, basically in August i ended my relationship with my ex who i had been with for 1 year 3 months ( he was cheating on me).But regarding this question, There's a guy at uni who is about 28-30 i'm 21...he's a quiet guy but i talk to him and now slowly we get talking alot..we get on.Yesterday randomly on fb we was talking and both opened up about our past... i said "hugs"..His reply was :I like the things you are doing :-)next time we meet for 'real' we should hug for 'real', or would that make you feel uncomfortableis that flirty or friendly??..he's not type guy to hug etc so i was shocked...my respose was " i feel shy hugging guys".....gosh i feel dumb lol.p.s his relaitonship status is its complicated...i have just asked him about it but no response yet

Maybe he wasn't online, but now its made me want to back off a bit. will see probably meant nothing

 It sounds to me like he might be trying his luck with you. Yes maybe he does like you, but you need to be careful here, if his love life is already complicated then am sure you don't want to get involved in that. Just see how it goes and see what his response is. He may try and avoid that question and just ignore it. If you are of interest to him then he is not going to tell you about his complicated love life because he does not want you thinking bad of him so just remember that. Just wait and see how it goes.
