A female reader, jerseyjan United States +, writes (15 March 2009):

Because of my past i can relate to your problem.

Just how depressed are you. Have you lost interest in the things you used enjoy. Do want to pull the covers over your head and not get up.

There are many ways I can help you if this is the case. If it isn't then to have friends you need to be interested in them and want to help them you can't be worring about everything that concerns you and not them. It is give and take. And it takes some time. Time to learn how to listen really listen to someone else and have compassion for them.
