 You're 13, that means you're underage, and not only that, not fully developed yet, so, wait. If he's done it loads of time before (all guys claim this, its a lie) well, why add yourself to his long list of conquests?
You don't mention his age, if he's much older then he should know better, and what he wants could be illegal.
Ok, thats the shout from on high, now consider everything else, if he pressures you, would you have the confidence to make sure he uses protection??? What happens if the first time you make out you end up pregnant, or catch an STD??? How would you be able to tell your parents? How would he react? There are more negative outcomes to this situation than positive ones..... Princess, wait till you are a little older and ready to deal with the complications of entering into a sexual relationship

Plus it's not the safest idea to go too far when you are young since you might not be ready. Break up with him if he expects too much from you. Take care.
