 Well you cant help how you feel about someone can you. as long as you do not act on these feelings untill he is either free and single or aproaches you on the subject you have nothing to feel bad about!

Well, you can't help your feelings can you?
I suggest you minimilise all contact with this guy... the likelyhood is that if his girlfriend finds out, she'll be angry at you, not him. - it's just the way the world works I'm afraid.
Try not to get too carried away on a thought that he likes you back. I know it's not what you want to hear, but a lot of the time when we like someone, we're searching for the clues to lead to that they like you too when they're just bein friendly.
Try to back away, I know it's hard, but it's better for you in the long run.
