He still likes her but doesn't want a relationship and he gets jealous when she is with other lads. He kissed her earlier on and is really confused on what he wants. What should he do??

He needs to sort his head out.
He can't not want to be with her but then throw a hissy fit when she moves on.
Tell him to go away and decide what he wants from this girl. He can either be with her or he can be single. He can't mess her around and upset her so he has to decide and then make that clear to her.
