Dear Agony aunts this is a question for you. I have come across a question posted by someone I know. I have recently told this person that I am an agony aunt on this site. And I recommended this site to that person. Now however, they have done the most malicious thing. And I was completely surprised by this.

They have posted a question on this website about me a phrased it in a way where it's obvious they are talking about me. I know I may seem paranoid to you and a bit of a trivial matter but I have read the question and it is obvious what this person is trying to do. The person is deliberately TRYING to hurt me even though I regarded the person as a friend/associate.

They have not succeeded in hurting me but I just can't believe this person would do such a thing. What should I do about this person? How should I confront her?

Ponungalungb agony auntI think you should track this person down and beat them senseless. . . .

Not really. I think you need to ignore the post and forget you ever read it. The only way they will know you read it is by reading your post about it. They've succeeded in jerking your chain. You would have been better off acting like you never saw it. Nobody on this site will know it's about you. Forget about it.

Relax. Have a cup of joe.

A female reader, beentheredonethat +, writes (8 December 2006):

beentheredonethat agony auntIf she has not hurt you as you state....why must you confront her. I don't think its obvious at all....maybe to you. And do you know for absolutely certain....did she use your name? like

My friend Gwen says she likes my boyfriend Phillip and He says she has given him her cell phone number but my friend doesn't know that i already slept with Doolin (her boyfriend) yesterday while she was at the Academy for Furthering Friendships with the Elves and Fairy-folk meeting. (In that case i would post something to her and make it a huge joke about seeing how many names Of hers I could post in the reply. and suggest an outrageous solution)

Well if Doolin and your boyfriend are at all into threesome...arrange one. and take pics and text message them to her while you guys are all necked then send the tape into jerry springer.....LOL like that.

If it is at all oblique or even where only YOU could get it....then maybe she feels exactly like she stated and you should respect Her view and opinion. The way she feels is not necessarily ABOUT YOU...its not about hurting you....its about how SHE feels. And if the question is stupid or doesn't sound factual....you know the crew here will plaster her with replies stating that she's not telling the whole story. Relax. Take a deep breath...then go help someone else.
