 Like the other posts have said there is not an awful lot you can do, she is a grown woman who makes her own choices. Love is blind, if she is going with the wrong people she has got to find out on her own, not from you. All you can do is be there for when/if things don't work out.

 Just because you see them as losers does not mean to say that she does, she obviously see's something ggod in them to marry them in the first place.
She is a grown women so you just have to sit back and let her make her own mistakes and just be there to pick up the pieces when it all goes pear shaped.
Other than that that there is nothing else you can do.

 You do Nothing. It is not your responsibility, nor your business who or what she choses to be with.
If you can not respect her life choices, then perhaps you should keep different friends.
