Growing up our neighbor had a Mastiff. Horny Mastiff. That dog would hump ANYONE. For the longest the owners just thought it was "funny" til the dog tried to hump the mailman.. After that, they HAD to get the dog fixed and trained. Apparently you do NOT mess with the mailman...

 Sadly folks who don't properly train their dogs do not accept that it's their responsibility to keep them in line.
I LOVE large dogs (150 pound Newfoundlands are my favorites) but they have to be very well behaved. It's a lot of daily work to train a dog.
If the dog is neutered (as he should be) this is a dominance issue. If she can't get him to stop humping then she has NO control over this animal and you may want to consider NOT being near this dog. Small dogs out of control can cause a lot of damage... Large out of control dogs can easily kill a person...
That being said, it's not too hard to teach a dog to respect YOU even if he does NOT respect his owner.
Next time the dog goes to hump you, if you are standing bring your leg up and knee him in the chest while saying "NO" loudly and sharply.
IF he humps you while you are on the floor FLIP HIM ON HIS BACK put your hand on his throat look him in the eye and in a deep growly voice say "NO"
I had a large Newf/Chow mix of about 125 pounds try to hump me ONE time when I was on my hands and knees. I flipped him over... told him "NO and said to him in my sternest voice "YOU WILL NEVER DO THAT TO ME AGAIN"
and he did not.
but you have to exude a confidence that the dog can pick up on.
it may be better in your case to just NOT visit this friend at her home.
