A 4th cousin I wouldn't consider much of a problem as seeing how I have seen worse. BUT I don't agree with the whole cousin ordeal. There are too many fish in the sea. You are just a "baby" (not really but you are in a parent looking upon their child way) Explore the world...and date some fishes...

I don't know about your potential children looking like something off wrong turn lol but I know having an intimate relationship with a 1st cousin is illegal because of genetic complications with offspring. As for should you break up with him or not, that's not for me to judge.
