I dated him a year and I cant get over him, I miss him so much and want him back so I decided I should tell my new bf just so he knows, he started thinking about breaking up with me, telling a friend of mine.Meanwhile my ex is dating some girl and they break up also. When my bf breaks up with me, he goes out for the whole weekend and even though we were broken up he said he still wanted to be friends, yet he totally skipped out on my birthday! That Friday night I find out he likes my ex's ex and ugh, she stole him from me, now she's trying to get with my new ex and I dont know what to do with anything, everyone is so pissed at one another. I still love my ex, not the one who just broke up with me, the one I dated a year, but I'm pretty sure he doesnt feel that way, or he could have just lied.When I told him I would love him forever, I wasnt kidding. What should I do? Should I give up on the guy I dated for a year? Leave him totally behind when I'm completely in love with him still? I know I am but I dont know what to do about it.HELP!!

first of all, i think you did the right thing by being totally honest, it'll be hard to all be friends and buddy buddy. you're only young and you have your life ahead of you, if you're in love with him then you NEED to find out how he feels, spend a bit of time with him and chat with him and find out how he feels about it all, that is all you can do. remember, it is a year ago and he may have moved on, so unfortunately it might not go your way. all you can do is try! as for your ex, if he gets with your ex-ex ex's (haha) then there is not much you can do about it i guess. just try to keep a good friendship!!
