Hi,
Just because he looks at you, it doesn't mean he likes you. But maybe he does. Even if he does, you shouldn't go for him because he's with someone else, and think of how that would break her heart. Things could get out of hand and you could find yourself in a very messy situation. So even if he likes you, move on.
