My boyfriend's father is standing in the way of us getting married and the whole situation is really hurting my boyfriend....

A female Brunei Darussalam age 36-40, *INAT writes:

I have been dating with my boyfriend for few months now and he wants us to get married. The fact is they had their onw conflict with his father before we even meet.

Now he is asking his father to go to my family for marriage negotiations but his father refused and use this as a revenge of their conflict.Now we are UN able to get married because or that revenge.The father even refuse to talk to other family members about this situation.

now my boyfriend is so stressed that he spend everyday of his life drunk and even want to commit suicide because he think that he might loose me.i tried to convince him that i will always love him but he does not understand. How can i rescue him from this pain and even help both of us to get married just as he wish? Whatever it takes to make him happy i will do it!
